We are now selling at a number of zero-waste retailers in 4 countries - Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Africa. Y-A-Y!
Here is a very happy customer who recently reordered from us. He is a well-known South African handbag designer with extremely sensitive skin. He is selective about what he uses on his skin. We love to see how delighted he is with our BHUMAN face wash!

During this Kickstarter campaign, we learned a ton.
When we created BHUMAN, we wanted to create an awesome product that returns to the earth without destroying it. We wanted to apply circular economy principles and make sustainable personal care products more accessible. We would like to think we are closer to that goal. 🌎 🌍 🌏
Looking back, the world looks different now than when we started to prepare our campaign more than a year ago. There is an even stronger focus on sustainability as a result of the pandemic.
COVID has shown us that business can't go on as usual. Creative and scalable solutions are needed to address the many challenges facing our planet. We need to come together as a community to challenge the status quo and work towards a climate-friendly future. 🍃 🍃 🍃

Dear backers
Kickstarter campaigns have a reputation for taking a bit of time to get the orders delivered. My husband is a super backer and his order for this little cable dongle took almost 20 months.
Our campaign launched on May 19, right in the smack of the first wave of COVID, and yet... we will complete all shipments by this weekend.
Our little team's hearts are bursting with pride for meeting our commitment to you - in spite of these challenging times. Like many creators on this platform, we ran into many roadblocks with cross border logistics, but we have managed conquered them one at a time 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for your kindness and patience, especially with the last delivery hiccup in Europe.
After this incident, we decided to take back control from our logistics partner for the remaining orders. We have arranged to FedEx the remaining orders to California, and each order will be sent to you via USPS Priority Mail. These US domestic deliveries are expected to arrive in 1-3 business days.
The tracking numbers of this final batch will be emailed to you early next week
Here is a photo from today, as the orders got loaded into the postal van. If you have not received an email with your tracking number by the middle of next week from us, check your spam folder. If you still don't see anything in the spam folder, write to [email protected] and we will respond asap.
We recently started to partner with small businesses around the world, so as to reach more people.
